Latest Findings

Phone call from Richard;

I just got a phone call from Richard, we was shopping for information and wanted to know what it would take for me to leave early: He wanted to pay me an unspecified $ amount on a monthly basis... seems that Mom wants to come home but Richard says that Mom refuses to come home with me here: How interesting ...... I told him to put his offer in an e-mail to me: Richard refused:

1. Richard says Mom has an attorney but won’t give the name:

2. Seems upset that I called his father a "slum lord" in that e-mail that went out to the “good” church folk of various churches:

3.Says he was not even at home when Mom wrote her note in response to my e-mail to the "good church" folk:

a. I asked him if he thought mom may have learned to scan documents, send emails and such, and then I asked Richard if not mom and you were not there who do you think might have done such a thing? He did not answer and moved on to “next” real quick:

4.Says that the bank account that the $ from Mom's checking was to Mom's account only and not to Louise's: (Which I do not believe and when I asked him for proof of that he refused:

5.Richard says that Mom does not want to talk to me:

6.I told Richard that any communication that needs to be done can be done between me and Mom or Mom's attorney he nor Louise are her spokes person even if he thinks he is:
