5 DAYS after Shasta County Sherff (Tom Bosenko)  is notified they do a welfare check?!

NO CALL FROM THEM TO ME ? NO Call to her Doctor? NO REFERENCE POINT OF WHAT HER CONDITION WAS PRIOR TO THEIR "WELFARE CHECK" OF 10-26-09! 

I wonder if they would recognize my mother from the picture on her Birthday on March 24th!

REMEMBER SHE WAS STILL IN REHAB FROM A HIP INJURY WHEN THEY WERE TAKEN!

(Fell on March 5th 2009 and was released on April 17, 2009! )

On 11-09-09 I saw my mother! She aged 5 years in the 3 mos she was in the loving care of her "Christian Daughter" and Son-in-law: Joan Louise and Richard Elliott of Palo Cedro CA!

This was the response I received on October 30, 2009:

  "Thank you for your correspondence to the Office of the Attorney General requesting that a crime be investigated and that the alleged perpetrator of the crime be prosecuted."

     "If you have information about a crime, please file a report with the police or sheriff's department in the area where the crime occurred. Local law enforcement authorities are responsible for investigating violations of law within their jurisdictions. After investigating the crime, the local law enforcement authorities may forward the case to the county district attorney's office for prosecution, if appropriate. The decision whether or not to file criminal charges will then be made by the locally elected district attorney."
